Lagos Waste Waterproofing have all your solutions when it comes to waterproofing your bathroom, We prepare the floor and install the required puddle flange to suit the pipe size with a round or square metal grate(not plastic).
Smart Wastes are able to be used without any fuss to the Tiler without compromising the membrane installed. Hobs or hobless showers are catered for depending on the building situation.
All internal vertical and horizontal gaps are filled with a polyurethane sealant prior to membrane installation minimizing any voids or cavities where the membrane has possible penetration in these areas.
Windows in the shower recess need to be waterproofed to stop water penetration. We have done designer homes where no shower screens are installed but water retention was still achieved leaving the builder and owner in a peace of mind and satisfaction.
Any wet area that is raised off the ground needs to be completely flood coated and any wet area that sits on a single concrete substrate needs only the shower recess done and the perimeter of the room done.
Toilets and laundries in the same situation, single concrete slab need only the perimeter done. Existing bathrooms that are being renovated need to have the wet area certified if any changes are made to position of any fittings.
